A Christian is someone who has accepted that they cannot achieve heaven in and of themselves. They accept that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died in their place to pay for their sins and that God raised Him from the dead. Through this finished work, Jesus has made the way possible for any individual to be reconciled to God and have a relationship with Him. The Bible teaches that all of us have become separated from God through the things we have done wrong - the Bible calls this sin.
For any person who has just become a Christian or is simply has some questions we have two specific pathways that they can investigate, our new Christian course called IGNITE and Water Baptism.

WHAT IS IGNITE? A course to help you understand the basic beliefs within the Christian faith. Each session of the course deals with a different belief that is foundational to improving your Christian journey.
WHO IS IGNITE FOR? For anyone who would like to relight the flame of their Christian belief. This course is especially suited to New Christians or those still discovering Christianity.
WHEN CAN I JOIN? At any time during the course. Missed sessions may be made up during the next course.
WHERE IS IT HELD? Check with the Info centre at your particular campus.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN? If the course is run during a service time then you are able to have your children attend Kidz Church.
WHAT WILL IT COST? There is no cost for this course.
water baptism
Water Baptism is the public profession of a Christian's faith. It symbolises the transformation that has taken place in a Christian's heart once they have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. Baptism does not make you a Christian rather it shows that that you already believe.
The Bible teaches that we are to be baptised in following Jesus example, it also teaches that a Christian can be baptised as soon as they make a decision to follow Christ so there is no need to wait!
