For all societies the foundational relationship unit is the family. While this unit has seen many variations, it still remains the most important structural unit within society.

The establishment of the family, through the creation of Eve, was God's first act of creation in response to a problem, the aloneness of Adam. (Genesis 2:18, 21-24)

These intimate relationships of marriage and family are meant to be a physical picture for us of the perfectly intimate relationship God wants to have with all of us.

For these reasons the establishment of strong, family focused events and programmes is vital to the generational health of the Church and is part of Riverview Church's commitment to the discipleship of their partners.
