Questions

Feel free to explore the foyer area. If you have children then check them in to Riverview KIDS or simply take a seat wherever you like in the auditorium. Alternatively swing by the Milk & Honey Kitchen and try one of our fine coffees.

If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or unsure about where to go, look for a friendly usher in a bright orange Riverview shirt. They will be happy to show you around the building and to help see to any needs you may have.

An information area is located in the entrance foyer for any general questions you might have about Riverview.

As a church we exist to provide care and assistance for people. If you’re looking for emotional, practical or spiritual support then contact our Care and Assistance team.

Riverview meets every Saturday and Sunday at 1 Thorogood Street, Burswood, WA 6100.

Riverview is less than 1km from the Burswood train station and 500m from the Victoria Park Bus Transfer station. To plan your journey using public transport in Perth visit www.transperth.com.au

Our services run every weekend:

Friday 7pm (Youth 13-18 years of age) Burswood

Saturday 5pm at Burswood

Sunday 9am, 11am and 5pm at Burswood

**We offer children’s programmes and facilities at all our weekend services. Click here for more information on riverviewKIDS.

Our services run for approximately one hour and twenty minutes, but there is always time before and after the services for guests and regular attenders to meet new friends or catch up with old ones. You can grab a free hot drink or purchase food and fine coffee from our in-house café.

Typically our services include a time of worship involving music and singing, often with other creative elements. There is always information given to keep our guests and regular attenders up to date with everything that’s happening around the church. You can also expect to hear an inspirational talk on life and spirituality from some insightful and talented communicators.

In every service there is an opportunity for Riverview partners and guests to contribute financially to the life of the church.

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome at Riverview!

No, there is no entrance fee or payment required to be part of one of our services.

There is no prescribed dress code. You may notice most people come dressed in casual or smart casual clothes.

At all our weekend services we have a fantastic Kids programme for aged 2 months to 12 years (Year 6). Our Kids programme staff and volunteers will take great care of your kids and ensure that their time with us is both safe and fun. If you have kids it will be worth your while arriving 15 minutes before the service to ensure your children are checked in and you can have any questions or concerns addressed. Click here for more information about the check-in process.

Our Riverview High youth will continue to operate on Friday nights at our current location (1 Thorogood Street, Burswood) using Rooms 1, 2 and 3 with entry from the church office car park.

There will be plenty of parking for everybody! We use the Charles Patterson grassed area for parking. There is a safe drop off zone right at the front of the building entry for families or those with disabilities.
