Riverview Forty-Somethings Social Gathering: Moore River/Guilderton Daytrip
Our next Riverview Forty Something event will take place on the 25th and 26th of March.
Guilderton is a nature based tourist asset, which lies approximately 100km North of Perth, off the Indian Ocean Drive. It will take about 1 hour from Joondalup. The town is situated on the last remaining river estuary, Moore River and provides “nature lovers” and “water lovers” a perfect place for a day trip.
There are 2 options for you to participate in.
Saturday the 25th March: Come for a trip to Guilderton and go fishing, walks with look-out views, swimming, canoeing, stand-up paddle boards, etc
Sunday the 26th March: Meet at 10:30am for a river cruise which goes up the Moore River. Our skipper will be explaining the history of the area and sights along the water way. This will go for 1.5 hours and the cost is $20 (RSVP before March 20th for this option).
On both days bring a picnic, BBQ or you can buy your lunch at the Guilderton café.
When you arrive in Guilderton call either Lisa or Sean. They are the contacts for this event and are staying at the Caravan park next to the Visitor Centre and car park.
If you would like to join the Riverview Forty-Somethings over this weekend, please give Lisa or Sean a call and RSVP.
